The Tabaco College Graduate School envisions itself as leading graduate school in the Bicol Region in the development of globally competitive managers through:

a.) Quality and excellence in instruction and research that meet regional, national and international standards.

b.) Relevance and responsiveness of degree programs and researches for the improvement of human race.

c.) Poverty focused-community outreach programs for depressed, deprived and under served community, and

d.) Efficient, effective and globally qualified faculty based including the optimum utilization of instructions physical and financial resources.

GRADUATE SCHOOL MISSION STATEMENT

The Graduate School of Tabaco College under the inspiration of its patron saint, St. Anthony Padua commits itself to:

a.) Develop intellectual expertise-oriented to the service of God, country and the world.

b.) Nurture a sebalarly attitude towards teaching and research activities in order to sustain growth and development.

c.) Instill the spirit of meaningful involvement through innovative and responsive approaches, in order to realize a humane and progressive society.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

To provide advance professional training beyond the baccalaureate level for students interested in broadening their career opportunities in the academe, business and government.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

1. To attain quality instruction, professional excellence and greater insights into the value system for a richer and fuller intellectual, social, spiritual and moral well-being of the students, faculty and the educational community.

2. To be involved in applied research and community extension programs in an effort to help promote economic, social, intellectual and scientific progress in the community that the college is committed to serve.

3. To train a score of managerial class for the existing private industrial and commercial establishments and government organizations.
